After realizing how low the population is I came to the conclusion that Halo 5 should be featured on Games with Gold for a month. It would allow people who never played Halo or gave Halo 5 a chance to see what its all about. With Infection out and WZFF it wouldn’t be such a bad time to join. Hell, some new players might even buy Reqs which would give 343i more money than they would have if said people never even bought the game.
tldr: Free Halo 5 will boost population making Halo 5 an all around better experience

takes a trip down to Xbox.com, looks at the marketplace, notices that Halo 5 is in 15th place, right below Battlefront, then comes back to Waypoint
Yeah, the population is definitely small. Current online players according SW: Battlefront stats is something like 15.6k, so if Halo is below that, then we are in some serious crap right now.
Um the population is not small for me i find a game easily it usually takes about 30 sec to a minute to find a match in any playlist i kust dont understamd how people get the information that the population is low do the work at 343 or something.

Games are in a weird place when one person is concerned that 15,000 people playing the same game as them is simply not enough for the game to function in a reasonable manner.
