With some pretty decent titles being released in the next <6 months (The Division, Overwatch etc) and the slow drip fed lackluster updates we are getting, how long do you think it will take before your copy of Guardians finds it’s way into a dark dusty corner?
For me personally I feel like I’m only waiting for the next half decent title to be released and Guardians will be stashed away. There’s just not enough content at the moment and the updates aren’t rolling out quick enough to stop me from jumping ship to fill the void Guardians has left.

considering halos background of custom games and a varied multiplayer, halo 5 hasn’t quite hit the mark yet.
personally I think they need to focus purely on rolling out gametypes untill we have at least as many as halo 3 did at launch. I don’t see why so many were left out in the first place.
we also need more map diversity and less forge and remixed maps. Even bring back some old maps from previous titles would help mix it up a bit. We already lost one of the main maps (Orion) due to being an utter disaster when it came to high ground and weapon placement.
I really do love halo 5, but I just don’t understand why there is such a lack of maps/gametypes 4 months after launch…
Considering H5 sits no higher than 9th on the top ten most played and drops as far down as 12th I would
almost say it’s life span is nearly up already, I’d give it maybe another 3-6 months
