Anyone else experiencing server issues? I keep getting the “could not find a server that was suitable for all members of your fireteam.” Are the servers down?

May I ask if others still experiencing the same issue now? If yes, please exit the game, and quit the game on the dashboard. Sign out your profile> Go to network settings> If wireless [select disconnected wireless] [if wired, unplug Ethernet] > then restart your console. Connect back to the network once console is back on> Sign In> Start loading the game.
