Whenever I try loading my H5 service record on Halo Waypoint it gives me the following error. “Problem detected: Well, this is embarrassing. Looks like we have some problems on our end.” Waypoint has also been running very slow overall and my profile picture shows a gray Master Chief helmet instead of my Halo 5 Spartan.
