Halo 5 servers have a serious issue, bans continue

Halo 5 gameplay is intermittent at best for some players. Despite there being obvious issues with their servers they continue to allow an auto ban system to block unfortunate players from using a paid service.

Regardless. This system gives ever increasing time bans. It is an unethical business practice to suspend a paid monthly or annual service knowing the user is only patialy to blame for DNF violations if at all.</strike></strike>

Except your service isn’t suspended. Live works just fine. Just your connection to the servers is limited.</strike></strike>

Don’t take such an easy out. Xbox Live and 343 obviously use multiple terms for obvious reasons. Ban, suspension, termination, and so on. I’ve made my point clearly.</strike></strike>
