Halo 5 servers have a 6 hour life span?

I am making this topic on behalf of a fellow Halo player.

So earlier a raid started that involved a few clans, and to sum it up the game lasted for six hours when a message came from the server, saying it was shutting down. Image here: http://i63.tinypic.com/10z70ad.jpg

I’d like to know for sure; can anyone absolutely confirm the Halo 5 servers last for 6 hours max, or did this happen due to some other reason?

I’ve stayed forging on a server for over 6 hours.

I guess it’s reasons like that 343i need to give host personal hosting instead of dedicated servers for custom games.
