I am connected to Xbox live but it will not let me access multiplayer? Are the servers down?
Same take ages to find game .
Now i have found two games dezend time , let see .
And again same problem , match end and just searching for spartans .
I have check my connections all OK .
Wont find game .
Now It says on the screen: ATTENTION there was a problem with the decicated server.
I live in Europe , makes me wonder how much this has effect my kda ( excuse…).
Experiencing the same issue in singapore!!! Cant even connect to the lobby service. This is really frustrating that its not even possible to find the halo 5 server status!

Experiencing the same (can’t grt into game lobby) in the US as well.
There really should be a place where we can find the server status. Also. Second time this has happened in the past couple of days.
Update: My Halo just reatarted itself and now it works fine.
Same here (I’m from Poland). I can’t access multiplayer since XOne dashboard update. Only happens with Halo 5 and TMCC. I wonder how many players have to experience this kind of issue for 343 to consider it as a problem?

This make’s me wonder/quessing if this problem is either server or XB1 itself .
This is frustrating when win a game and play well , and it wont download your stats becouse this problem , i think i lost some req points too .
Feels like Host has kick you out becouse his team lose .
These should be decicated server games for sure , but it still make’s me wonder.
Either way it appears to affect only 343 Industries games. Any comment from 343 support team would be more than welcome.

Sorry , similar things happen Gears of war :UE too , yes i read just Gears forum and there’s many similar topics/thread’s , i’m not entirely sure if 343 has something to do with Gears , but idont at least remember it would .
Just have frightening thought : samebody convince me that these games are not on same server’s .
Becouse Halo games has always had better server’s than Gears.
Gears server’s has always been little bit “crappy” when compared Halo servers which always been Good.
Still unable to access online service. It says “unable to connect to the Halo 5 Gardians lobby service.”
is the same thing here in mexico, I can’t play multiplayer since the XO dashboard update, always says “we can’t charge your profile” or “the server has a problem” or “unable to connect to the Halo 5 Gardians lobby service”, so please fix this issue we were expecting more things from this game and at the end was disappointment, so don’t screw the multiplayer now
Went to dash and closed h5. Worked fine after that.
It seems like servers are down right now i tried everytning restarted everything my nat is open my dl speed is 21 and my Upl speed is 15 my latency is 70 ms so my internet is great but halo dosent seem to be working i played one game and it just stop it said matchmaking has encountered an network issue but i can run battlefront and cod properly what give. (12/3/15)
Have the same problem was just getting in the zone to get those 80,000 req points for that new pack but looks like I can’t play on War zone.

Looks like servers are down even though nothing on xbox service status page… Looks global too
Anyone want to do some campaign? I still got to beat it in heroic and legendary co op
