I need some help. I’m having trouble with halo 5 servers kicking me out mid game. I have no trouble with finding matches. I also have no trouble with the connection during the game. The matches will be running smoothly and randomly disconnect me. This is not an issue with my connection. It’s very frustration on multiple levels. Not only am I hurting my team by being kicked where they have to play a man down, ruining my win/lose, and my overall enjoyment of being able to play, but it’s banning me for quitting matches. I’m currently banned for 3hrs. It seems like every time I get banned its for longer and longer durations. I do not feel like I deserve these bans bc it’s out of my control. I’m having this issue in arena and warzone. I honestly do not know what to do. Idk the best method of getting in touch with halo support, or if there is even a way to do so. This issue is making halo 5 unplayable for me. If anyone knows a way to help me please let me know
Same thing is happening to me. No problems during game, but suddenly i will be booted from the game and I will be at a blank warzone playlist screen where I can access the dashboard that has Spartan personalization and req packs, but to get back to playing I have to quit Halo 5 in my xbone then start it up again.

Not only is it completely frustrating. There is nothing I can do to fix it. I try and play a game and it kicks me out mid way through and I get banned for hours!!! Literally makes me want to throw a controller at my tv

Just wanted to add more information to this. This issue started for me 2 days ago. I’m playing on the Xbox 1. I’m on a wired connection, and my NAT type is open. I live in the south east region of United States.

Have you looked at your NAT type under your network settings?
My guess its going to be Moderate or Strict
BTW guys this isnt customer support that your on most of these people are the community even the moderators

Sorry I just saw your one above this…
My next suggestion is to put your Xbox as DMZ on your router
Sometimes on a hard wired connection even with 100 mbps internet that I have if you dont have your ports forwarded or set your Xbox as the DMZ it can switch even when your playing the game

I’ve had this same issue cropping up randomly. I haven’t gotten to the point of being banned but it’s kind of concerning me. I mean I’m used to connection issues I’m a Destiny player but I get booted back to the wartime screen and can’t quit and have to restart Halo. Really I would just like to know what’s going on.
