This was my experience of when I was first EVER banned from halo in my entire halo career and it needs to be fixed.
I routinely finished a swat game, however a few games earlier the game session ends due to network problems (how surprising) yet I wasn’t penalized. A few games later, after a normal end to the game, I was banned from arena for something I had NO CONTROL over. It’s like penalizing me for doing what I supposed to do however it doesn’t end there. At least I could still play warzone
I’ve lately, and many other players have had this problem where we can’t access REC’s and instead it says “retrieving data” and doesn’t retrieve anything. It makes it to where I can’t buy packs or access REC’s in warzone and this is where both of the problems that were entirely YOUR (343) fault. Not only was I forced to play warzone, the only other online alternative, I also couldnt access the REC station which would be one of my only interests in playing warzone, had I WANTED to which at the time I didn’t. It not only aggravates the customer but makes them feel like you handed over an incomplete and buggy game.
343, please listen to this. If there is a problem, then actually fix it or at least acknowledge that there is a problem because right now it feels like you’re doing neither. Next hotfix or update, please fix real problems instead of the problems that were addressed in the most recent hotfix (7.15.16) such as “firefight objectives” and “tidal forge canvas” which are problems that are irrelevant compared to random banning and the obnoxious “retrieving data”
