It’s running in what looks like 720p on OG Xbox Ones since the Overtime update. Anti-aliasing looks turned off, and the textures are exceptionally blurry (look at the detail on the BR and pistols, you can’t make out the details of the skins at all. Also, the textures of the ground- very blurry). Yes, my game is installed on the internal storage rather than internal. I actually reinstalled it and moved a bunch of games off of my internal HDD so there’s more room.
Here’s a video. Make sure you switch it to 1080p at the top right though, to get the full effect of the crappiness. It was recorded using the 1080p setting of the Xbox One DVR.
