When I load up Halo 5 my Spartan keeps his rank but loses all the armor gets random colours and is put in recruit armor and it fixes temporarily but then breaks again I’ve tried hard restarting my Xbox restarting halo 5 and restarting my internet to no luck. I just realised on waypoint when I go on my halo 5 service record it says problem detected.
It’s a sync error, are you getting the sync error message? Usually a hard reset on the box fixes this. You may also try signing into XBL on a laptop to make sure there are no terms that need to be accepted.
