I recently purchased the 34 + 13 gold req pack and did not receive the pacs to open in my requisitions. Has anyone had this issue or have any idea how to get the reqs i have purchased? If it takes them until my bank authorizes the purchase I would understand but after the purchase it said I should be able to open the packs. I am just confused where the reqs are or it if I will get them?2

I as well just had that issue. I have my Microsoft Account Order History and credit card statement to prove the purchase of $104.99 but did not receive my 34+13 req packs. I just want all the sweet loot!
Edit: I commented on this post instead of posting my own thread to avoid spamming issues. If the admins require me to make my own post, I can do that. My problem occurred 10 mins ago, I reset my game and power-cycled my xbox as well to no avail.
Edit: While I eagerly wait for a response, I’ll post some details on what had happened. I had purchased the 34+13 pack during an intermission between community breakout matches and just as I had left the payment screen displaying the transaction details, method of payment, etc that goes through the xbox live service, the game started and cut off the “processing payment” dialog box. I could assume that is the problem. I finished the game and looked at my “open packs” section and it was empty. I reset the game, nothing, then power-cycled my xbox, nothing. I even redeemed some req points for a silver pack in hopes of figuratively snapping my fingers to get the game/system’s attention but I was only awarded the silver pack.
