For the past few days, I’ve been having issues with Halo 5, issues are as followed:
-Constant “Connecting to Req Services” followed by an error message stating "Req services unavailable"
-Cannot access commendations on Halo 5
-Customisation works but the icons are greyed out; no image of the armor/helmet/visor
-Other emblems from friendlies and enemies (IE Lobby) are not showing up
-Unable to use or deploy any requisitions, basically AR and magnum every match in Warzone
-Post-game Carnage reports are shown for a split second before followed by an error message (Arena and Warzone); Credits and packs are still awarded but I need to go to Waypoint to access them.
-Noticed some of the Warzone gamemodes were missing IE: Warzone and Warzone Assault, Firefight was still active
Warzone still works, it’s just I cannot access, in any way, anything using the Requisition System unless I pick it up off the ground.
Solutions attempted:
-Power Cycle
-Waiting 15 minutes; Waiting 30 minutes
-Reinstalling the game and re-downloading the update
-Full game reset (Uninstall game and save data for the game)
Arena works fine
First time having this issue since the launch of Halo 5
Running latest version of Xbox Preview Dashboard and Halo 5 ran smoothly with the older versions of the dashboard and system update (IE: Halo 5 ran correctly and perfectly without issue even with the the preview version of the current public console version)
This happens to me too. It’s really just random. I haven’t found a solution yet
Try restarting your internet modem / router. It’ll take a couple of minutes to perform, but it’ll flush out any problems in the process.
When ever, which isnt very often, the req system comes up unavailable just a hard reset fixes it.
I’ve reset my modem and already done a hard reset…
Just waiting for 343 to find a more permanent solution (Maybe having the reqs kept in the console instead of server side)

By restarting, do you mean just turning it off and turning it back on after 30 seconds?

Quite literally, yes. But I think 10 seconds is more than enough time though.
Re: Everyone
I got my reqs working again after being offline for around 2 days. However before I was offline, I was using the Forge and placed some Reqs
I think the solution could be to go into Forge and place some reqs
hold button till full shutdown look at brick wait till it yellow then un plug power brick from wall wait till no color on brike plug back up wait till yellow then turn xbox back on u can also un plug power to modem n router n plug rite back up while your hard reseting Xbox. also make sure nat is open
