So I came back to Halo 5 recently, only to find my reqs all broken. The req stores, collections and open packs tabs were all in an infinite loading screen. Not only that, but all my armor, weapon skins, boosts and req points are all missing. My current armor and weapon skins still loads on multiplayer, but all my other things are broken. Also, all other player’s emblems are missing. I’ve restarted my Xbox Once, but it only fixed the armor icons, but no picture.
Try a hard reset on your Xbox and restart the game.
Your account for Halo 5 had not synced properly, end the game and quit the game from the dashboard, then go to settings and turn you Xbox to ‘offline’ then back to ‘online’ in the internet settings. (reconnect if need be).
Then start up Halo 5 and wait for it to sync your profile and data.
That sounds like a personal issue to me
