I have noticed the gold packs that come in groups have a pricing of $0.00, I am unable to load them through Microsoft’s store luckily but I don’t know if this is the same for others. I don’t know if the problem has already been brought up or not but just to be sure that the problem is taken care of as soon as possible for if it was not done on purpose it could lead to some loss while this is around.
It sounds like a glitch you can get packs here on Waypoint.
