Something that’s been extremely frustrating is whenever I get online to play now, 9 times out of 10, the requisition packs or store will be unavaible. If I win a pack I won’t be able to open it. I can’t access the requisition store. I can’t access reqs to use in things like war zone and super fiesta. It’s very angering, some of my points have been lost. Some of my rare items too. I got the packs but never found what they were.
It’s probably a profile sync error, usually in the form of the “Retrieving Data” error. Should that happen, restart your internet router by either…
- Unplugging it for 30 seconds before plugging it back in - Holding down the reset button on the back of the unit (you’ll need a toothpick for this)Either method should take about 5 minutes to complete.
