I just “bought” a gold REQ pack with 10,000 REQ points I earned, and when I got the pack it said REQ PACK ERROR “Sorry your REQ pack has been purchased but could not be opened at this time. Go to Open packs and try again.” So I tried to open the pack and it said it was already opened!!!
WTF!!! I wasted hours to get the points to get the pack, but It messes up and gives me NOTHING!!!
And yes I looked to see if I got anything new and no I did not.
anybody else having this issue and knows of a way to get my pack back?
You will still have gotten the items OP, when that error happens it just means you have skipped the opening animation for the pack. Hard reset your console or you can check your REQ inventory here on Waypoint for the new items
