No. The premium REQ bundle is 1 per account.
search around the forums here, there have been 2 topics discussing where to get ‘purchase’ bonuses and their contents.

You can only have 1 Premium REQ bundle attached to your account.
Also, you get 2 REQ packs a week for 7 weeks, not 14 at the start.
