So for Christmas I got a REQ bundle card and redeemed it, today monday, no reqs! I already used the one that I was given with the Halo 5 LCE before and was unaware that it was limited one per account, the card had no disclaimer on it which is complete bs also allowing me to even download it again and Xbox customer support can’t do anything, how can I get ahold of 343I to possibly exchange my useless download into gold packs?
Next time I suggest you read the disclaimer before you make you’re purchase. I’m sure 343i will tell you the same thing.
I was also able to buy a second zpremium Warzone Bundle because my first was included in the LE. 343 has said before that they know who we are and are working on something.

Only disclaimer on the card was that it’ll last 7 weeks and nothing about limiting one per customer. I don’t understand why they would even allow me to download it. There should have been a restriction like trying to rebuy a game on the marketplace that you already bought becaus it’s in your download history
