Halo 5 refusing to download

I have tried numerous times to down load this game, I have a hard copy and everytime it reaches 3-5 percent it stops, and at least once it was at 24, I have tried contacting Xbox support but they have not helped me at all, any suggestions? Ps my Isp is twc and I know they have had issues in the past

Hey man, figured out the issue, it was with my isp, the latency was much Higher then my plan so it got turned down
