In Halo 3 I had an list when I ranked up with XP to the next rank or with high skill level - but here I do not know, what I have to to in qualification for Onyx/Diamaond? Isn’t there any official info’s?
Second point: Why to hell do I have to play as non-ranked against Platin/Dia/Onyx???

Because playing with players of differing ranks tells them how well you do against them, and they can rank you accordingly. HOWEVER, the game is broken where the higher ranked players moves faster and makes kills quicker. It almost feels like they have the server advantage.
