I am getting annoyed with this. when i play a game of halo 5 slayer i will get a little over 15 kills (average) but my team will get less and if i lose even if i did best in the match my ranking goes down and i am getting frustrated with getting teamed with people that get 3 kills and 15 deaths.
sorry forgot to put the main idea. is it possible for 343 to change it so that we get ranked on personal skill and not ranked for winning or lossing
