Is there any 343 people on this forum seriously? I’ve been having issues for the last week and no one replies to anything.
I cant load up a game and it’s annoying!!! Frustrated and disappointed as hell
You have an “avoid me” reputation on xbox live. This could be the reason you are unable to find games.
I cant enter social/ranked/warzone lobby since the last update on March the 7th. I’m stuck in the main menu but I can see all my friends online.
I get the same message all the time “Attention - unable to connect to halo5 guardians lobby service” when trying to connect to social/warzone/ranked, or any playlist really. (when queueing solo)
The weird thing is that I can play when I’m invited to a fireteam.
I’ve been in contact with Xbox support, and after all troubleshooting they told me to wait for an update with Halo to fix this problem, and that the problem was not on my end.
This have also affected gears of war 4 for me, I cant play that either. But I can play other games that are not made by microsoft. All this just seems very weird to me.
Edit* Xbox support told me to list all the things I’ve done so far to adress this issue:
I’ve tried to reset my router, turn it off and on for 60 seconds.
I’ve done a full factory reset of my Xbox and reinstalled the games (twice)
My internet connection is fine
My multiplayer connection is fine
My detailed network statistics are fine.
A friend of mine could log into my account and play Halo 5 on his Xbox.
I’ve tried to make a new account on my xbox, this didnt change anything; still stuck in the main menu with the same error message.
I really hope for some kind of solution…
