All ranked multiplayer playlists no longer allow any CSR progression for anyone. Everyone is dropping substantially for every loss, but not moving ‘at all’ for a win. Some Champions have even fallen to golds due to this issue. Problem has been ongoing for ~1 week.

I wonder if this could be a symptom of low player count? I can’t speak to how the overall CSR of the entire population is calculated, but aren’t the top 200 players in each playlist given the Champion rank? If there are only 201, to my understanding there would be only one non-champion.
Doesn’t really address the problem at hand, but it’s interesting to think about!
I submitted a ticket on halo support over 10 days ago and they said they werent aware of any issues and sent my ticket over to the development team and as soon as they know whats going on, theyd let me know…

How do we submit a ticket? It’s ridiculous that this has been going on for this long without being fixed–then again, they still refuse to fix the matchmaking server error that has been an issue for years, so I don’t know why I was expecting anything different.
Go to the waypoint home, click the top left menu, hit support.
From there, click on any article, scroll down until you see a link that says ‘submit ticket.’
Seems fixed. Just gotta work your way back up now.

I actually ranked up after a win, and losses aren’t a severe loss.
Is it my imagination or are rankings now not dropping on loses!?
