Someone changed my rank from 13 to 1 changed my color profile anyone experience this and its unable to connect to live only on halo

I jus received an 149mb update starting the game
Opening it right now…

this happens when ever your profile does not properly load to the servers, very common issue

This happens when you don’t connect because of server issues. You will get your ranking back. Try quitting out and restarting halo or hard reset on your xbox. This will work unless there is a outage, which then affects everybody.
