At Some Point With Returning Infinity Back To Earth, Chief Has To Cross Halsey, Without The AI, His Tendencies Are Extreme, So Halsey Will Enrage Chief With Trying To Replace Cortana, Didact’s Up To His Things And Chief Encounters Him, I Think Didact Will Have Chief Do Some Bad Things To Get Cortana Back. I Think The Didact Stored Enough Fragments Of Her Somehow(Weather Her Jumping On His Suit Or Him Destroying Her Chip) The 5th Title Is Suppose To Be Dark, The Spartans Without AI Are Dangerous.
The Only Thing Didact Did That Was Remotely Evil Was Composing, Other Than That I Respected Didact And Still Like Him, The Biggest Character To Encounter Besides Chief. Although We Can’t Quiet Like The Didact And Want To Kill Him. One Of Two Ways He’s Explained, 1st He Needs Something From Chief And Bargins Cortana Leading To Teaming Up, But How He Doesn’t Care For The Librarian In Reclaimer Shows He Doesn’t need Anybody At All. So I’m Going With How To Make Him Truly Evil. Have Didact Force Cheif To Commit Great And Horrible Atrocities, Have ONI Control The Prometheans In Spartan Ops, Have Didact & Cheif Destroy ONI. If They Want The Cheif To Try For His Humanity Again, Have Him Choose Between Regaining Cortana Or The Possiblity Of A Halsey Execution. At The End Have Didact Destroy Cortana Or Chief Let Go And Continue To Fight Didact In 6.
TL;DR - 343 Needs To Keep The Mystery But Answer And Explore Other Things Also, If They Want To Keep The Ground Base Of Characters Then Keep Didact And Really Make Him Evil, If They Want This Title To Be Dark Include ONI Like Never Before. Have A Halsey Mission To Test Chief’s Humanity Again.

Mendicant Bias is dead. What was left of him after Adjudicant Bias destroyed him and scatterd peices of him across Installation 00/The Ark, were destroyed along with the rebuilt Halo. He will most likely be a key charecter in HALO: Silitium
Chakas, or rather Spark is, At the end of Primordium, trying to find the Librarian and get her to help resurect his Girlfriend ;). As This takes place after Halo3, Spark is definately alive.
The other Spartan II’s are intergrated into the Spartan 4 project and mostly likely will crop up again in Halo5.
Mendez is mostly likely not going to return as he has always been almost Cameo in nature during the series. He might be in the next Kilo5 book.
And as for killing them? why? :’(
i doubt the spartan 2 would be integrated into the spartan 4 program spartan 2 where raised and trained to be living weapons as children and where chosen because of there genetic layouts and strictly disciplined . these spartan 4s are reckless and put them self’s and there team in danger as if they have something to prove instead executing the mission with tactical precision this may be due to there lack of training time or surgical enhancements. i believe the spartan 2 may help with there physical training and other things along that nature

The recklessness is likely simply due to them being normal soldiers who suddenly became super.
The previou spartans being rolled into the S-VI program is likely training as you said, but also simply for further armor upgrades. Mjolnir is likely entirely handeled under the S-VI program now, and thus in order for them to maintain or receive upgrades, they become part of it too.
I think the remaining SPARTAN II’s will stay the way they are. They were offered to join the program but it wouldn’t make sense for them too. I can see the remaining SPARTAN III’s joining the IV’s but not the II’s. they might be put under the new SPARTAN command, but there actual armor will probably be untouched. IMO, I think it would be disrespectful to them by placing them In the SPARTAN IV program.
Eh, the Spartan II’s probably got rolled into the Spartan BRANCH but not the Spartan IV program. Why does everyone think they “became” Spartan IV’s? If anything they were brought into the program as trainers or commanders ( not actual rank) or they were just rolled into the Spartan Branch and left to do their thing as a team of II’s. (Blue team) . Unlike the III’s there were no enhancements or medical issues that they had to have corrected or installed by the IV program. The II’ s had everything AND THEN SOME that the IV’s have. I doubt they wouldn’t have their armor upgraded or toughed by the spartan branch… hell even Naomi has “upgraded” armor with Nano tech that constantly upgrades her Armor. It makes no sense to not have the II’s part of the branch seeing as they realíly have NO other life. The III’s would be rolled in because they were all young still, and they would have to have some things corrected (Their neural problems that lead to higher aggression and having their systems basically run only off instinct when in bad situations…you know, the whole reason they need meds to keep them stable and keep them from going into a psychosis. ) . The III’s also would need to be fitted and prepped for Mjolinr armor as well swing as all they had was SPI armor.
This is why its code he Spartan Branch and not the spartan IV branch. It incorporates ALL levels of Spartans. The newest group are the spartan IV’s.
