When halo 5 came out I had purchased the halo 5 guardians limited edition console that brought the game with it. In the game box there was a redeemable code for the Fotus armor and a multiplayer emblem. I redeemed the code and it’s in my purchase history, However it isn’t showing up on halo 5 at all. I’ve tried Uninstalling the game and installing again and it still won’t show up. I called Xbox support and they said that they can’t do anything about that. And that I had to contact 343. If anybody can please help with my situation that would be amazing.
So did you just recently redeem the code or are you just now reporting that you didn’t receive the in-game items?
It’s not the fotus armor that is supposed to get redeemed in the code the armor I have on is Fotus Chillrose not Fotus.
No I’m just reporting it now since I noticed it never showed up on my helmets or armor.

Was the limited edition console used? Maybe the code expired or you just overlooked it in your helmets.

It wasn’t used. And it’s in my purchase history which means the code went through and I checked my armory it’s not there. I’ve looked at other forums with my same issue and it turns out that I’m not the only one 343 ripped off.
