I have been trying to make Halo 5 start since midnight (55 minutes at time of writing this) I’m from New Zealand and it isn’t working. I have heard a few other people have this issue. I asked on here already for help and also on twitter but both times was told to talk to xbox support. They would be helpful if they were working and replying to tweets but currently they are not and wont be for the next hour. I’m hugely disappointed in what has happened and the way it has been handled as I was very excited to stay up all night playing Halo on it’s release day as I have done for all previous Halos. My Gamertag is: Uncle Prime. I REALLY need your help! 
When I click on Halo 5 it says to wait a bit longer so I go to the store and it asks me to buy it AGAIN!
Same issue! So I un-installed and I am trying to re install and it won’t work! It keeps stopping at 3%
I was going to try that but I guess I wont. It’s been an hour and a half now and its 1:30am so I’m going to sleep (if I can I drank energy drinks to stay up all night playing Halo!) hope they get back to us and it’s sorted by the morning.
That’s a shame. Just went midnight in Australia, and I am hoping it’s playable at any second. Perhaps it won’t be… EDITED: it’s working! yessssssss

I’m guessing that’s what has happened to me, even though I bought it of xbox.co.nz. Guess I’ll just have to wait and see, I’m hugely disappointed about all this.
My Halo 5 crashes again and again, when I’m looking for a matchmaking game, when i’m on a matchmaking game, when the matchmaking game is loading and when I’m trying to play campaign. sometimes my xbox restarts by itself. I NEED SOME HELP, PLEASE!
