I cant play halo 5 multiplayer everytime i open the game a pop up comes up saying “ATTENTION Error authorizing user with h5 services. You will be unable to access online modes” Then i click on arena or warzone and it says “This mode requires an account with xbox live gold with multiplayer privileges enabled and a connection to xbox live. Would you like to go to homescreen to check your privileges” I then click on homescreen and it tells me to buy gold or redeem a code so i redeem a code then it says i already have gold. So im pretty frustrated and confused anyone?

I already have xbl gold on my account i even went as far as to make a new account with gold and is still doesnt let me
tengo una problema, y es que apenas se me otorgo el emblema de la temporada abril, pero ya estamos en mayo y aparte cada que juego en Arena en la pantalla principal de Arena no sale mi rango, ¿como puedo solucionar esto?
