I’m getting a really bad experience in halo 5, Two weeks ago the game start to get many problems, some bugs ( like 500 sec to vehicle respawn ) something fun tbh but frustrating (I was kicked out to inactivity), But the big problem here is the game is crashing all the time, the screen distorted and turn black instead to send me to the xbox home, (that’s why I cant record it). After the last time, the xbox started to get the latest update, and I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I played halo 4 and Spartan Assault to see if something happens but nothing, everything so cool, so I think the problem is halo 5 (just confused about the sound and some mutes it produce before and after the crash). I thought everything goes good, but some days after that (4, I think) today the game did the same and now I get really mad because I’m banned (like 35 min) The xbox made a weird sound and the screen did the same as the first times, so IDK whats going on I’m not sure if the problem is the game ( I think so) or my xbox, but as I said is the only game so far.

Hey, are you in the Preview program? Is Halo 5 on an external drive or an internal HDD?
Have you tried re-installing the game or playing on a different profile?
In addition to the above, are you using Instant-On? If so, try using Energy Saver.

I joined the alpha preview version, the xbox showed up a message some time later with an error and said that I have to resign to the program (just the alpha version) because my xbox.
Its in Internal, and yeah I did it the first time it happened and work normal for some days.
My brother plays it and doesn’t happen.
Just kicked out sometimes.

Yeah I used to have it with instant-on. After the first time I changed it and happened again.
