I preordered Halo 5 from Target by purchasing a $1 reservation card. On the back of the reservation card were instructions on how to enter the PIN on Ameriward.com to receive my preorder bonus. I followed through and received an email confirmation saying they have verified my reservation card purchase and will email me on October 27th with instructions on how to receive my bonus. It has been 6 days and I have still not received an email (I have checked through my primary, social, promotions, and spam folders). I have checked the Ameriward website for a support or contact page only to find that their “contact us” link at the bottom of the website doesn’t work. I was told by Microsoft support to post here on the forums to see if I can get any answers on my issue.

My eb games (gamestop) preorder didn’t work either, but I don’t really mind. It’s more satisfying to unlock it in game
