I downloaded Halo 5 preload days ago, after few days from the download (46 gb) I found in “manage game” that the size dropped down to zero, but the game was in my games list…
I uninstalled the game and downloaded it again… Once complete after few hours had the same problem… I restard the Xbox one holding the power botton for 10 sec and after that the size came back up to 46gb… But it happen again after few restarts… So I decide to reinstall all over again…
this time something changed… Game was downloaded but stuck in queue !! Like it was not complete, but it was…
contacted MS chat support, tryed everything, removed my account on xbox, soft reset, clear the cache… Nothing, still in queue stuck,
the MS support said that the downloaded file probably is corrupted (I don’t think so, 4 times corrupted?)…
uninstalled and started the download AGAIN, this thime the size raised up because the dayone patch…
now the game is downloaded but still in queue list…
what should I do? I wanna play on the day one, consider that with my connection I need 24 hours to download the game… Don’t feel like wanna wait other days after day one…
do you think the game is gonna work iven if is in the queue list?

Turn off your console with the 10 sec. method. Erase your profile and add again. Try to download the game form the market placer not form the queue. be sure that you have enough space …
are you in the early Access/preview program?
