Hi to all that are concerned. The issue I am having is this: I purchased the digital version of Halo 5 from the marketplace the day prior to it being released. It came with the Pre Order bundle which I was glad to see. Once I downloaded it, I could see this in the “manage game” tab under Halo 5. I figured the respective items would populate much like any other DLC. Post Midnight on the night of release, I first booted Halo 5, there was no message or notification of said items being added to the account. I went through the troubleshooting measures of both uninstalling and then re-installing the bundle from under the Halo 5 “manage game” tab. That gave me no results. I then removed my gamer tag from my Xbox (wiping all settings of my gamer tag from the Xbox) and then re-logging into my account. Still nothing. I was referred here by Microsoft customer support in hopes that I could have some assistance.

I actually have done the same, i was able to get Microsoft to help me fix the downloads so they would complete. I now have the downloads finally done, but im still not receiving the Warzone REQ or the Pre-order Bonus Packs.
I have this issue and it seems many others do too from quite a few posts on these forums. No official word, and it seems everyone with the issue that contacts support is referred here. Quite irritating.
Yea, i dont know what is going on. Maybe its a smaller part of the community then we think or they just dont want to say “Yep, its broke. Just wait”.
