Hey guys, So I bought Halo 5 when it came out and never really got around to it until last week (I know, its been like a year lol). One problem I ran into the game was that my pre-order bonus content from gamestop does not appear in the “unopened REQ packs” section. I read the forums and tried everything to fix it including restarting the game, console, and uninstalling and reinstalling the bonus pack but to no success. Yes the code still works because I was able to redeem it successfully…it’s just that the pack does not appear in the menu so I can’t open it. Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time!
P.S. I hope a member of the 343 support team could help me resolve this issue.
Hey guys. Not able to help directly with stuff like this, anything to do with game issues or codes needs to be either 343 or Xbox Live Support. I do know that sometimes REQ packs can skip opening animations so you may already have the items. Have you checked your weapon skins to see if you have the items already?
