Halo 5 Pre-loading question

Hey guys/gals I pre-loaded my digital copy of H5 AFTER the 22nd.

I wanted to see how many gigs it was
but it just shows: (0 GB)

Is this normal?

I wanted to see if it had the 9 GB patch already downloaded or not.

Edit: It finished downloading all the way.
It says I have to wait until the 27th.
but is it still normal to show 0 GBs?

I had this problem. You downloaded the placeholder file instead of the game. You need to uninstall the placeholder and reinstall the game

I thought that was if you downloaded it before the 22nd?

Hey, it shows 54.8 GBs now.
I think it showed 0 because I was downloading another game.

How long did it take to download the whole game? When I started to download mine before going to work it sat at 0% for a half hour then stayed at 1% until I had to turn stuff off.
