Its been long enough. Everyone wants access to all the cool products (Emblems, armors, skins). Let us get access to it all. Halo infinite is around the corner. I want the Team Liquid Emblem amongst other things. Whether you just give them for free or offer them up for a price, at least give us access.
Giving away previously timed/exclusive content to everybody would devalue it for those who unlocked them.
I think there is plenty of interesting items in the game unlockable by REQ packs that you could go for instead, all that is required to unlock these items is time.
I understand that for a moment those who had the ability to participate in those timed/exclusive events were able to enjoy the singularity of halo coolness. At this point, that moment is gone and for those who did not have the chance or the money nor maybe the game at that time would even have a chance to collect said items. If you are talking about very exclusive items, I can understand the reason to keep those for the people participating during the time. But as for the Tournament Team logos and skins, just basic stuff that they rotate around anyways. Instead of keeping it coming around at a random moment. Let it out.
HCS organization skins might not be so easy to resell because there are most certainly contracts involved and they might not want to get involved in that again especially if their organization isn’t in Halo anymore.
If the public demands more then we more than likely will get more. This is what’s wrong with Halo elitists today. The community would be much stronger if we had more positivity and a combined public demand for more awesome halo swag. It’s not cool to knock fellow members for wanting more of what they enjoy. Also, there are no limits when to purchase a product. That’s probably one of the worst things I’ve ever heard. “Don’t buy things years after they come out”. Then you should never buy old movies, old band shirts/ albums, basketball shoes. Ect. Things from the past are more often than not the best.

I believe you can get the Team Liquid Emblem and Skins from the XBox marketplace.
The REQ pack isn’t available in the game menu, but if you go to the website store, it is available to purchase. Halo 5 Xbox Marketplace

There isn’t much value in skins that can’t be traded or sold. Bungie in the past released exclusive armors to the general public and most people loved it (Recon in H3 and eternal flames in Reach). There can be hard to obtain items sure, but limited time miss it or it’s gone forever crap is the worst. Completionists have to deal with never truly being 100% and newer players are punished for not playing sooner.
The only thing I would like that has never been available to the public is the flag skins. They dangled them in front of our faces but took them away, which I thought was a very poor thing to do. They should have had a limited release. I reckon enough time has passed for them to become available now.

Unobtainable items should be unviewable and not count to the total collection if the person didn’t obtain them at the time of their release, this is a way better solution for completionists than simply giving them all away for the sake of people wanting them and devaluing the item(s) for those who managed to snag said item(s) during it’s release.
Recon being obtained by the whole community outside of the vidmaster achievements and playdates was fine with me (but still had resentment by those who put the effort in to obtain it) because 3 was already eclipsed by Reach and the upcoming Halo 4, I know this because I recall at the time it being absolute hell trying to find rumble pit lobbies, Recon by that time had no value since the game was almost abandoned by the community, I’m not opposed to 5’s exclusive content being available to all in the future, just not while the game is current and still holds value to those who have said items.
It’s all about perspective, I’ve been on both sides and understand the value of exclusive items to people personally.
They didn’t give it to those who played Halo Reach for months farming with a target designator so why should they give anyone anything?
nah. we’ll take your money and you… you will like it.
I’m sorry but that’s how these scummy microtransactions work.

Recon was special because of what it took to obtain it. If you’ve completed all of the Vidmaster challenges, you still get to brag about it even if the armor set it unlocked was given out for free afterwards.
