I’m surprised no one’s talking about this, in the latest community update, they showed the update line up. and It shows Meridian, Reach, Firefight, and then a blurry picture. Is it just me, or does it look like an Elite? Here http://sta.sh/056kp4uvxnu (Think I’m gonna need a lazy link)
Am I just going crazy? Cause I legit see an Elite there. So maybe this means playable elites in the future?

Wouldn’t happen, doesn’t work with the sandbox. They would need Elite abilities first of all as well as the fact that matchmaking is a spartan simulation. What would be the point for the UNSC make you fight as an elite? A man can dream
Actually all four of the next updates are clear, not blurry. Theres Ghosts of Meridian, Memories of Reach, Hogwild (might have these 2 in the wrong order) and then Warzone Firefight. There have been discussions in the past about playable elites, threads from Halo 4 and some from after Halo 5 was released. I guess most people have given up, alot of people want some mode where you can play an elite like Reach let you for Invasion. But after so long asking for it and not getting anything for it, alot of people have just given up, me included unfortunately. If it happens in the future for Warzone or something, cool. If not, owell I guess.

What they could do is have playable elites in Warzone only, since WZ isn’t about being balanced. And the way they could implicate it canonically is something similar to Halo: Online. Where there’s a station where SoS Elites and UNSC Spartans train together.

The picture to the far right is the one I’m talking about. And I wouldn’t give up yet; I mean, they added in Firefight, and while they haven’t said yes to elites, they also haven’t said no. I personally don’t care, as I’ve never really played as an elite in the past, but I know alot of people want it.

The blurry pic all the way to the right?
Yea that’s a knight. The ones that have no blurr or greying at all was in a past community update (haven’t figured out linking on Xbox One and dont have PC right now or i’d link it). And the picture for Warzone Firefight in that showed a red colored knight, which I thought was pretty cool looking
