Halo 5: Planets

I read that Halo 5 will probably be set on multiple different planets, each planets had their own missions and side missions. Is this true?

I’ve always dreamt of a Halo installment that worked just like like the Elder Scrolls franchise in terms of open world mechanics and environment interactivity but still preserved the fluidity of the Halo 4 engine. It would be great to see an option where players had the option to simply press a button to toggle between 3rd person and 1st person views. I’m sure Gears Of War fans would appreciate this haha. Having the ability to just roam around with John better be an intergalactic experience so that as players we can visit Arbiter space as well as the the Star Road relics indicative of the Precursor. Just please don’t make it like Mass Effect where you select and then load directly at the destination; I would feel cheated. Instead give us the option to manually navigate there via UNSC frigate, Broadsword, or Pelican (if outfitted/customized correctly) via translight engines.
If the game is going to let us do side quests and upgrade armor, the difficulty had better be something close to Dark Souls. That way it is actually worth the extra time spent upgrading or it would just be too damn easy like in Majora’s Mask where the fierce deity sword made it just too damn easy. This concept reminds very much of Mega Man X2 and is one that old school gamers like myself would appreciate. Speaking of iconic game mechanics, certain areas of the game where you find upgrades should be inaccessible to the player at first and then unlockable at later points in the game. The Legend Of Zelda franchise is a great example of an RPG element that would fit Halo perfectly in this aspect.
Can’t wait to see what 343i has in store for us!
