I heard the awesome news about MCC on PC and got back into playing Halo 5 and then so learned about the awesome pizza skin for all the weapons in the game. Unfortunately while I played for 2+ hours last night and continue to play more tonight I haven’t received the Pizza Req that gives me the skins.
If it’s still possible to acquire the skins I would love to find out how. I don’t want to be the only one not invited to the pizza party.
Hey OP, I believe you needed to have been online on the day the announced it to be able to get it. Not to worry though, the skin is in the general REQ pool so you can unlock it by opening Gold or Silver packs
I was playing online the day they said it would be gifted. I played for about two hours that day and the day after another two hours. I was hoping to reach someone at 343 to see if I could be gifted it? My playtime should show I was online during the required time.
Sorry OP, but I don’t see any activity on your Halo 5 game history for the 16th/17th, which is when the skins were being given out. As I said though, you can unlock them in regular packs. The only thing you really missed out on is a slightly faster unlock time
Ah I was told by a news article that the 18th was the unlock day. I guess I blame fake news. Thanks for clearing everything up. Cheers!
So it’s not the Pizza pack, but give your REQ packs a check next chance you get. Hopefully that helps a little
