Hey guys have you noticed the new Pistol and what’s your thoughts on it? Also how does it compare to CE ODST Halo 3 and 4 pistols

But the arena pistol is fine.

Tiered weapons can be in Arena. Just look at Prophets bane.
I’d love a map set on The Pillar of Autumn with a three shot pistol that spawns as a power weapon. I really hope that CE pistol they were talking about ends up happening.

I’ve been waiting for news on this for a long time too man. Would be awesome for sure. But I think the new pistol makes AR/Pistol spawns in arena look really good and i’m excited to finally have to get good with a new gun instead of just using the BR all over again. Love the BR but its been a while since there was a decent alternative.
It looks pretty good to me. Magnum’s my favourite weapon, I didn’t use it much in the beta but I can’t wait to try it out when I get the game. I’ve always been a supporter of a strong magnum and of the belief that a game like halo shouldn’t have secondary weapons.
I see alot of use of Pistol as primary when people assume the AR is the primary

Watching a lot of the Halo Championship competitions that happened a few months ago, I saw a lot of competitors using the pistol instead of BRs and DMRs. Seems to be a fantastic weapon!
It looks powerful now, also, don’t mention that Halo 3 crap. My dog that was an awful pistol.
I hated Halo 3’s pistol but Halo 5’s is perfect.I love it so much.

I do like the new magnum because it has good stopping power and a large mag with a good fire rate to down enemies at all ranges.
