I bought two gold packs just two one by one and I had money in my account to by them.i purchased both and gave it time to send the confirmation emails.when I checked to see if I got my gold packs yet they were not there I waited awhile I switched games I came back and still not there.i purchased them on Xbox one earlier today still have not received the 2 single gold packs.i bought them through the game.the money was taken from my account!no I don’t not have any new items or reqs I checked how many items I had before I bought them.
I believe they open immediately after purchase, right? I imagine you received the contents of 2 gold packs, you just didn’t get the pleasure of opening them and seeing what was inside.
Comb through your collection- there should be 4 new armors/ REQ certs/ skins/ etc. Ive spoken to many people that thought they lost money buying packs but turned out to have received the contents of what they had bought.

This actually just happened to me. I bought one gold pack, and it went through the loading animation except I didn’t see if it actually opened or not, so I don’t know if I actually got it.
