I saw the windows 10 commercial thing. I saw how it could connect to the xbox and i realized that it is coming to the pc. I would like do have a discussion on this.
You will be able to stream all of your Xbox One games on your PC or Tablet. Its not really the same as Halo 5 actually coming to PC.
Using this you can have your Xbox turned on in another room of your house, and be able to play the games downloaded to it in another room.
This feature would be helpful if say, your Xbox One is in the living room and someone is currently watching TV, preventing you from using it. With this you can just pull out your laptop, tablet, or get on your desktop and play the games there instead.
