I got the Halo 5 special addition Xbox One Bundle today. I downloaded Halo 5 and once I tried to play the game, it says it’s still in pre order. I thought we had 1 week early access??? Others have the same problem.

Silly goose. You can only download the game a week early. You must still wait for the 27th to play it.

Sorry you seem to be having trouble! The consoles as well as the Limited Collector’s Edition were sold early since they come with a Digital Version of the Limited Edition. The console version was given a “One Week Early Download” so that owners of the console or Limited Collector’s Edition have a chance to download their game due to its massive size.
The game for both the digital and physical copy will launch at midnight when the game is available for play on 10/27/2015. If you have more questions, head on over to the official https://support.xbox.com page and see if you can chat with someone!
