I installed the game and the REQ Pack Bundle in December 2015 and i have not received and weekly REQ pack codes for the bundle. How do i get them?
Did it come with your game or did you buy it separately?
I got the Limited Edition Pre-Order Xbox with Halo 5 and the Premium REQ pack bundle but have not received any weekly codes since i installed them both

no, it’s supposed to send you a code and you enter it and it gives you 2 REQ packs

I have had the exact same issue as you man, along with many others on this forum, but 343 is just ignoring the issue.
we have been posting for months l, but our threads slowly just get buried with no response.
man I love paying for nothing!
