Halo 5 nightfall armor issue (to halowaypoint)

Ok so I did the requirements to get the nightfall helmet (watch episode 1) and I didn’t get the armor… So I would like to know where is the nightfall helmet? If 343 can hear me I really would like some support on why this error is happening. I swear on my soul I watched episode one of halo nightfall on the official halo channel app but I never got the nightfall helmet. Please help.

yea I had watched all of the series when it released and unlocked all of the second stories and I still dont have the armor/helmet either

I actually just went onto my xbone and skipped through all the episodes again using the RB button and all of my achievements unlocked and I got the armor. you might want to try doing the same. I had originally watched it on the 360 so I dont know if that might be a reason

Hmm, try rewatching them or try fast forwarding through them to see if it works. Nightfall gear popped up for me without any issue.

My Nightfall gear pops up in my customization options, but the REQ cards for them show up as unlocked. Is that normal?

yea it seems to be the case for some reason, I’m seeing the same thing with mine. I have them in customization but not in my REQ cards

Wow, I completely overlooked this whole thing (didn’t know about armor for watching Nightfall. I watched them all a while ago but guess I’ll do it again. I kinda enjoyed the little mini series anyway.

Guess I need to rewatch nightfall then

Suggestions worked thank you. Just didn’t get any sort of notification. The gear is in the customization menu

Interestingly enough, I can’t view or equip my Locke armor or helm from the game. I have to use the site of app to do so from the “customize your spartan” pop-up.
Maybe this will help?
