Rumble Pit was the best part about Reach and Halo 3. All players can be your friends, no worries about ranking, having a good time… Ah memories.
Now it’s all about MLG Pro strats Lone Wolf style. Just change FFA’s name to Lone Wolves and have Rumble Pit in Social, with other gametypes than slayer like Oddball, KOTH, Single Stronghold, and possibly a remake of Regicide.
How about adding Juggernaut to go with it, but instead the Juggernaut is a knight commander and you get to -Yoink- people up until your defeated and whoever killed you becomes the next knight.

Which is a shame, since it rarely comes up for me
Battle Golf sounded fun, but all I ever see people do is AFK, quit, or betray each other. Really wish they had an Objectives playlist, with Assault and KOTH in it.
It needs some objective gametypes like Reach had with oddball, KOTH, head hunter and juggernaut. FFA in H5 is bad though and it needs changes before any of that stuff is implemented.

For old-fashioned 8-player Rumble Pit to work in Halo 5, a few things need to be done first:
All Forge Maps. Like Big Team Battle… the fact is, none of the existing premium maps are built for FFA to begin with. I’d much prefer they give us Forge maps that cater specifically to FFA; remakes of Rumble Pit classics like Guardian, Blackout, The Pit, Sanctuary, Tombstone, Assembly, and so on.
Increase motion tracker range. The motion tracker is more essential in Rumble Pit than any other playlist considering you have no team to watch your back, and 18 meters isn’t going to cut it. We need to have at least 25 meter motion tracker range in Rumble Pit.
They need to add that old halo sandbox feel. Halo has become way to competeive. Now I like a good serving of comp but I loved Halo for it being halo this is different

Atleast they separated Ranked and Social. It still doesn’t matter though sadly. 343 took our fun away… I miss having to play against your friends when it’s Slayer with a 5 man fireteam and one is on the other side. Even better in Grifball.

I mean sweats play on social too (I don’t blame them) it’s too competitive
I love the FFA playlist in H5 but yeah I would like to see a rumble pit added with other FFA game type and where mics are allowed for some good ol fashion trash talk as well.
