We need a playlist that doesn’t have the skill system because if you and a friend join and you don’t have the same rank say one of you is platinum and the other is silver,
the silver one will be out of their league and not have fun because there getting a beatdown. This social playlist would make the normal game modes have a non-competitive option like in Halo 3. This playlist could have the wacky game modes halo is known for like action sack, infection, griffball, rocket race and many more. This makes everyone happy because the competitive people can have their ranking system and playlist and the casuals won’t be forced to be competitive or go play warzone.
343 said they are going to add playlist in December. You had to be patients.

I’m not talking about adding just new game modes I’m talking about having playlists that don’t use the skill ranking system
Warzone= social/non ranked/casual
They should, and will add more social stuff, and I cant wait. Tired of the casuals crying (just being honest).
Many longtime halo fans are about the competitive, always have been…remember the rank 50 thing?
I would say for now do the warzone thing. I think we only have a month or so before the next release.
A few of my friends don’t play as often as they would if there was a social list. They get discouraged during arena. Hell even warzone.
I’d vote for one so if it meant they’d play more. I’m sure as hell not gonna play wow. Hah

After reading again your post. I have no idea when they are going to release social playlist but I assuming they would add them too ( I think :L)

I’m tired of that too i personly like that halo 5 is more competitive but when I want to play with my friends who are a lower rank than me they’ll have to play in a higher tier. like halo 3 have both a ranked an non-ranked playlist would work.
Well Social lists would be Great! It would be much easier to search and find persons… If it were “search for random ppl that searching aswell in this gametype!”
My goodness… I’m so tired of this compliant! Riddle me this:
Have you EVER seen a Halo game released with all of its multiplayer options from day one?
no, you haven’t,
Have you EVER seen a Halo game without a multiplayer social playlist?
no, you haven’t.
Please, stop crying about this. If you only care about social gaming, then put on your big boy pants and just play how you want to play in the playlists that have been given to us for the next few weeks. You don’t have to be serious, you don’t have to care… Just mute their mics and Halo! (Yeah, I used it as a verb.)
If your argument is something along the lines of, “well, they shouldn’t have released a game without all the playlists,” then screw you. Take your copy of Halo 5 out of your Xbox, place it safely in its case, and then tuck it safely under your pillow. In three to four weeks you can put it back in your console and be thankful that you can now play social without the risk of getting any type of social disease.

Something tells me…that YOU WANT SOCIAL PLAYLIST!!! My goodness, what a GREAT IDEA.
I like social it lets you just chill and not take the game seriously. Arena is fun when you want to take the game seriously. Warzone gets boring kinda fast. 3 maps only two game modes

I love this. This is exactly right. Play the ranked lists and just ignore the ranks. Finally some common sense around here. Mind you, I won’t personally go into arena no matter what, not even if I could get this advice in a syringe and inject it directly into my veins. But it’s still good advice for everyone else.

I see what you are trying to say, but from what I can remember; the social playlists still had the background matchmaking ranking system, but it was hidden from view.

- halo 3 had most of its game modes and a social playlist and halo reach had most if its game modes but reach didn’t have a skill rank same with halo 4
- also on ur profile says the only game on ur account is halo 3 and u played reach a bit
Ya. They really, really do need to add atleast one social playlist.
my guess is that they will eventually add a social playlist, sooner or later
It will happen but not too sure when, halo 5 dose need this social playlist though
same im sick of the competitive pressure
I know I have friends that I would love to play Halo with (seeing I used to play Reach and Halo 4 with them online all the time) and they don’t want to get the game unless it had social playlists. They want social not because they suck at Halo, they are much better than me with normally quite positive K/D but they don’t want to put on their try-hard -Yoink!- for every match they play.
