Looking how bad multiplayer is in Halo MCC with all that leavers and betrayers, system that will automaticially add new players right into the match must be done.
If 343 will not manage to make it, the game will be complete TRASH. It’s 2015 and halo need some positive changes to make it playable at modern time.
So a system that allows players to enter into a game that is already being played? A join-in-progress system if you will? After Halo 4, I’m not keen on JIP solely because of how often it screwed me.

This is why JiP should just be for social only, ranked no.
I’m not a fan of the JIP either, because people only quit after their team starts losing, and if you car about your WL ratio, then you’re likely going to get screwed.
Titanfall handled it well, IMO. If you join a game late, then if you lose, the game doesn’t record it. You join, enjoy the shooting, and don’t have to worry about your W/L.
Just penalize the quitters.
