Okay, I thought of an idea for Warzone and REQ Packs. My idea is Mythic Guns. Basically,in the REQ Packs, you should be able to earn Overpowered guns and have a bigger chance getting them depending on how well a match went when you earned the pack. You may be wondering, won’t it make balance really bad? No, because you should only be allowed to equip one, and if you equip a mythic gun, it automatically becomes a Level 8 REQ and has reduced ammo
here are my ideas
Rocket Launcher: Tracker
A white Rocket Launcher with heatseeking rockets to players and vehicles, however, only 3 rockets can be carried and the magazine size is only one rocket.
Hydra: Rotary
A black and red Hydra with bouncing rounds that are one hit, but you can only have 6 ammo at a time.
Spartan Laser: Great Journey
A silver Spartan Laser that has 5 seconds of moving the laser and incinerating whatever target with the laser. You only get 2 shots.
Carbine: Cobra
A black and green Carbine with spikes on it that is capable of 3 shot kills to the head and 4 shot to the body. You get 18 shots
I’d like to see what you think about this idea and if you have any ideas yourself, post them here
I imagine the game is already going to have a similar system. Warzone already has different tiers of weapons, and in order for those tiers to matter they have to be quite different from one another.

Before Halo 3 came out there was a custom map for Halo Custom Edition called Cmt_Snowgrove. This map had a Spartan laser that you would charge up, then it would release an extremely powerful beam that lasted for just a few seconds, but it absolutely melted infantry within a second and could even quickly kill vehicle occupants while pushing the vehicle itself around.
Although I like the way it was introduced in Halo 3, I liked that version a lot as well. I think there’s room for both to exist if that was reworked as its own unique weapon.
Giving the usual one-hit-kill laser the ability to track though…not so sure.

Not sure if the nerfs are necessary, but giving the final tier of rockets heat seeking ability sounds appropriate.

No. Maybe make it require one less bullet and fire slightly faster, but giving it that much power would make every other gun pretty useless.

Okay
Maybe the fire rate for the Cobra could have half the fire rate and the Rotary could behave like a Brute Shot
The Snowgrove Laser should be The Great Journey
These ideas sound pretty awesome, actually. I really hope 343 gets creative with their Warzone weaponry.
People have to remember that not only are Mythic/Legendary REQ cards hard to get, but they’re a one-time-use since they aren’t cosmetic. They should be as overpowered as appropriately possible.
