Dear 343 Industries it would be amazing if Kazuma Jinnouchi would take the lead on developing the score for the upcoming Halo title.
I have always admired the music of Halo and from what i heard in the Halo 5 Beta menu I really enjoyed it.
I think that he is in charge for 5
All I want to know is would it really kill them to bring back the classic Halo theme for the main menu? Don’t care about the rest of the soundtrack. I just want the Halo theme in a Halo game.
I want my Gregorian Chant back. Nothing is more Halo than that imo
I think Salta did a good job with the score in Spartan Assault, but Jinnouchi is still a good choice.

This SO MUCH!!! I don’t understand why the HALO theme is not used anymore. Even that video 343I released talking about H2A, everyone in there Says “Oh then you hear that music…” and then every person starts singing it. I don’t understand!!! for the love of god just bring back the dam HALO THEME!!! Can you image the new star wars movie not having the star wars theme? people would be losing there minds!
It’s decisions like this that make me continue to question the leadership and the people running 343I.

Why does it matter what the music at a menu is? Only the smallest minority of the people that buy it say “I’m just going to sit at the main menu to listen to music,” when I can hear the same music in the game and have stuff happening around me to make it even better. Marty isn’t coming back, no matter how much you say that we get 343 to hire him, he’s not coming back because he doesn’t want to. Also the reason it’s changed is because this a new saga of halo games. They’re more about the Forerunners themselves and the Chief not religious, crazy aliens who believe weapons of mass destruction are sacred relics. ODST didn’t have the chants but imo had the best because fit the tone and atmosphere of the game. Sad, slow music fit into a game where you were lost in a blacked out city. Kazuma might even put the old theme in because his songs are more traditional orchestras rather than Neil who was electronic. Wait till the full OST is out to judge it. There’s no telling what’s on there.
I liked Halo 4’s. HOnestly, while the tone for Halo 5’s campaign won’t suit it, I would like to see some guitar coming back into it at some point, Halo 2 (Original) style.

Speaking of which, they are releasing a new album this year. At first the band had to deal with a lawsuit against itself but ben has a new crew and from what I’ve heard, it’s gonna be much better than before. We can only hope that 343 actually checks them out before release.

He is the lead. Also, I just want to say that the main menu music should be the chanting and the normal Halo theme. Is that too much to ask?
The Halo 5 beta menu music is good, but sometimes I feel like I listen Captain America - The First Avenger music. :DD

Sorry for the double post, there was a net problem for a few sec.
Neil’s soundtrack was awesome. Green and Blue was soo emotional and it was major part, why ending scene with cortana work out so well. Also songs like Awekening, Solace, Nemesis, To Galaxy, Arival and Revival was awesome piece of music with great sense for electronic parts and great orchestral music.
But Kazuma prove himself with 117. ALso great piece of music
